William Buss, CEBS

Owner/Group Manager

As the Group Manager, William manages employee benefits and savings plans. Educating employees about their benefits and keeping them informed is important for providing as much value as possible.

Having achieved his CEBS designation (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist), William looks forward to applying his expertise of the benefits and pension plan landscape to elevate the level of service he can provide.

When William isn’t spending time with his family, he can frequently be found on the golf course, and during the winter, he can often be found on the rinks playing hockey or curling. William is also an avid reader, who is always looking for a new recommendation.

Greg Langford, GBA

Group Account Manager

Greg is the Group Account Manager at Buss Business Solutions, where he helps small and mid-sized companies design and manage group benefits programs that actually work for their teams. He holds his GBA (Group Benefits Associate) and LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) designations.

Greg loves helping companies protect their most valuable asset: their employees’ health and wellbeing. He takes pride in getting back to clients quickly, and following through on promises. Outside of work, you’ll usually find him on the soccer field, out on a hike, or at the gym.
